Netflix IP address needed for Apple TV bypass

Can you give me the right  pathway?   Is it ...........

Web Protection>  Webfilter> Advanced> Then add Apple TV to Transparent modes skip list> both in source and in destination??

If not where?

Only in destination...make sure the device either has an internal fqdn or a static ip

I have a question now. When I put my 10.  ipv4 address in it changes it to 10.XX.XX.0/24  when it is a 10.XX.XX.8 AppleTV 1 and my other AppleTV 2 is 10.XX.XX.9.

Both IP addresses are now 10.XX.XX.0/24 and that means my whole network is being bypassed. I have 19 ip addresses starting from 10.XX.XX.1 to 10.XX.XX.19

When I put it in it gives me the attribute warning and defaults to  both AppleTVs to 10.XX.XX.0/24.

Any ideas what to do?
