maybe would it be a good idea to make a "categorie" with ProxyBypassing including Anonymizers

You can create your own category grouping.  I normally do that for each new client starting with: "Anonymizers, Anonymizing Utilities, Browser Exploits, Extreme, Hacking/Computer Crime, Malicious Downloads, Malicious Sites, Remote Access, Spam URLs, Spyware/Adware & Web Ads."  WIth that grouping, I then also select: "Criminal Activities, Games_Gambles & Nudity" on the 'URL Filtering' Tab.

why anonymizeris under it ?
anonymizer is the first step, to bypass contenfilters...

should by default deny....
otherwise every content is allowed....

exept https....
its a other discussion...
