Http proxy not running - restarted

This just does not seem normal.......

Latest revision of Sophos UTM and this seems to have gotten worse.
I will log into the firewall and it will kick off a restart...   or if I select a menu item it may or may not cause a restart.  Its like walking on eggshells to not have the HTTP proxy restart.

Is this normal???

    UTM 220
    Firmware version: 9.103-5

    Cpu is around 10-30% 
    Ram is around 75-80%

    on Average. Not overloaded at all.

    Hi ,

    There are  two know issuse  which trigger http proxy restart to me is 

    check this in kernel and ips log 

    1)segfault in http  proxy (check/var/storage/cores/) 
    (ex:-    httpproxy[15042]: segfault at 78 ip 00000000000000000????? abcd 000000???? error 4 in httpproxy[????000???+??000??])

    or /and 
    2)ips log check for oom (out of memory ) which also cuase http proxy restart
     (ex:-  Out of memory: Kill process 6061 (httpproxy) score 223 or sacrifice child )

    I had very bad moments in beta and all versions after!
    A hdd failure forced me to download the last iso, but i didn't imported tha backup and I made a clean setup with the rules I needed day by day!
    Maybe the hdd or the old backup (since v8), but there is no more http-proxy restarted
