After update to 8.310, several times every day the proxy had a blackout of 2-10 minutes - no response to any connection requests.
Additional there was a massive growth of storage (ram and swap).
I could find the reason is (a bug?) in cache management.
After I deactivated caching and deleted the the cache, memory usage dropped down like older times (ram 85% -> 40%, swap 80% -> 20%)
I have no more blackouts.
As dynamic web content is nearly standard, I do not miss the caching.
