In the Customization section, you can customize the messages that are shown to users when certain things are blocked. We allow our users to submit helpdesk tickets to us to ask to have sites or categories unblocked. Out software allows pre-population of some fields via querystring handoffs. I would like to be able to have a clickable link that allows a user to submit a block request pretty easily but I'm not sure how to grab some of the really important information, or if it can even be done.

Ideally, I would like to have the segment of the querystring after the ticket[description]= read something like
ticket[description]=Please unblock:
Site: *whatever the site that was blocked*
Category: *whatever the filter block was*
