how to bypass blocking a pc from web filtering

hi im new to this sophos utm 9 home edition, it seems i  cant bypass blocking a specific pc from web filtering..does anyone knows how to do this by details cause i have already tried evrything?i need your help guys tanx

    Hi, dcy, and welcome to the User BB!

    Like GMF says, it's hard to tell you what to do without a bit more info.  Please always remember to state the exact version of the software - V9.103-5?

    If you did the default installation and chose the "right" things for your situation, you likely only need to go to the 'Advanced' tab and add a Host definition for the  PC into 'Skip transparent mode source hosts/nets'.
