How do I enable FlashChat for my kids on UTM9

I need someones help , I just bought a Rackable Systems Server and installed Sophos UTM v.9 on it in order to protect my home network & my kids from inappropriate content on the web. In the midst of all this, my kids are now complaining to me on an almost hourly basis that they can no longer use flash chat on sites like 321chat.com and a few others. Adding an exception DOES NOT  fix the problem.  Can someone Please help me so I can get my kids back online instead of interrupting my nightly episodes of CSI and Duck Dynasty.  PLEASE !!!

    Hi ,

    I guess you use home license ?
    Are you using application control ?
    Are you using AV scanning ?
    Are you using intrusion prevention ?
    If yes first thing is to determine what is blocking you.
    I can guess it is the application control.
    Try first to disable the application control and check .
    If the problem disappear then you have to configure the application control o correct that.
    If not , try disable the intrusion prevention and check.
    If that is solving your issue , then add exceptions .
    Inform here on the results .
