UTM 9.102-8 using AD integration to control web filtering. Traffic is filtered properly when browsing the Internet from any browser. However, I have a couple applications (Citrix Sharefile Outlook plug-in, Akami - Autodesk client to name a few) that require access to the Internet and they are being blocked. I can go in and configure the Proxy settings manually but I don't know what to put in for the user name and password since the users are being authenticated by the backend AD. I've tried domain\username and password. I've tried username and password. What should I be using to authenticate these users through the proxy for these applications? Any time I get a popup for authentication for the proxy I cannot get it to login on any application.
I am also not seeing anything in the web filtering or firewall log that indicates that these requests are being blocked to begin with.
