Unable to connect to site. No log activity

Trying to connect to an asp page in UK that requires a login. I can connect through phone ISP, but not through main ISP protected by Sophos gateway 9.006-5

I have web filtering, intrusion protection, firewall, anti port scan enabled. 

I've looked in the live logs when trying to access and see nothing for intrusion protection or firewall, and nothing related in web filtering. 

Any idea how the gateway is interfering with access to this site?

    All of the logging was enabled as you suggest. Application control live log showed no relevant activity. The rest are the same as previously described. 

    The site changed IP address during this testing, still no access. Still connects on iPhone. Very odd.

    Fixed!

    The problem is that when I open multiple live logs only first one updates. The site was blocked by firewall. Created a new rule for the sites odd port and everything is fine. I should have noticed that firewall log was empty. It's normally quite active. Thanks for your help.
