Navigation probleme with HTTPS

Hello,
I have a server with Astaro 8310 version everything worked fine.
I recently installed the new version UTM9 I used the same setup I had on the 8310 release, everything works fine with the exception of HTTPS browsing, website HTTPS does not work.
I do not understand where is the problem
Could anyone help me please

    Hi ,

    Does https enable in the packet filter ?
    Are you using HTTPS scan in the proxy ?
    Normally HTTPS is not going through the http proxy so if it is not enabled in the packet filter so the result will be that HTTPS sites won't open.
    If you use HTTPS scanning you need to install the UTM certificate on all stations.

    The HTTPs scnanning option is not enabled

    I have create a firewall rule to allow web surfing protocol
    Source: Internal, services: Web Surfing (HTTPS included) Destination: any
    navigation HTTP works fine, but for HTTPS does not work

    Kronos, try what I call Rule #1 (enhanced):

    Whenever something seems strange, always check the Intrusion Prevention, Application Control and Firewall logs.


    Any luck with that?

    I checked Intrusion Prevention, Application Control and Firewall logs
    The Intrusion prevention, log is empty
    In applicatioin control everything is working properly

    In Firewall logs I have not found anything that is not normal
     
    I think I'll opt for the radical solution, reinstall the system
