AD Authentication Issue on client side

hi all

we just had a Sophos UTM 9 running on 
Firmware version: 9.101-12
Pattern version: 46677


we have this weird and random experience that all of client are okey browsing , BTW we are using Active Directory Single-Sign-On (SSO)


then all of a sudden all the client ask for Authentication upon browsing , i checked the domain console but theyr'e (users) not locked or expired


but i observed that if i restart the appliance ( sophos UTM)
they can browse normally ... and so on until the authentication tab turns up again then restart the appliance ..

i know this is not normal , have anyone experienced this weird issue
