URL categorization not followed?

Hi, I've entered a lot of recategorization requests in the past on TrustedSource, and today we have a couple of well-known sites we've used coming up as "Uncategorized" in peoples' browsers. When going on TrustedSource, I find they actually ARE categorized. The filter is McAfee Smartfilter XL, and we're using Sophos UTM 9.1 on Astaro Security Gateway 625 hardware. Have you ever heard of this, where the UTM doesn't follow the categorization on TrustedSource?
I'm hoping I don't have to start building exception lists instead to maintain access to categories of sites. Thanks!

    I'm pretty unsatisfied with the answer at face value as well. No question that changing DNS corrected the issue, but why is what I wonder as well. Also, it leaves me confused as to the actual use of the DNS services portion of the interface. It means that even though I specified only the guest network can "use the system as a recursive DNS server", in fact all of the networks are using it as such. Makes me wonder what other settings are based on my misconception of their actual function?
