IP instead user in Webfilter since update to 9.101-12

Hi,
i updated our ASG 220 to 9.101-12.
Since them i see only IPs instead of user name in webfilter log.

We are using eDirectory as authentication server. All tests on on menu authentication server --> Test server settings working fine.

Is this a known issue?

    Hello,

    you're using proxy in standard-mode, do you?
    If so, i don't know about eDir, but with ADS you have to use a FQDN to access the utm via Browser instead of it's IP.

    My problem was, that i have seen the source-/destination-ips but no username (user=""). With FQDN i see the users again.

    In this way, the browser authenticates via Kerberos instead of NTLM, but not sure how to handle with eDir, maybe thats a try?!

    Strange, authentication log shows the user:

    have you tried to re-join the directory?

    ASG is not part of the directory, that is not needed (or a festure) with eDirectory.

    Seems that i am the only one with this problem. Too bad.

    I believe I have this issue as well.  In the User Authentication log I see name="Authentication failed" srcip="172.17.4.27" user="172.17.4.27" caller="http" reason="DENIED"  In the Web Filter Log I see method="GET" srcip="172.17.6.78" dstip="66.62.10.16" user="" statuscode="200" cached="0" profile="REF_DefaultHTTPProfile (Default Proxy)" 

    Some users authenticate but many do not.

    Why don't you upgrade latest version 9.105-9 and stay on 9.101 ?
    Any special reason ?
