[9.101] Change in Webproxy Exceptions

Hi,

is there changed something in the behavior of webproxy exceptions?

Example: I have a cutomer with SSO AD Webproxy.
I have an Exception for accessing banking Websites via HBCI.

With Firefox and Internet Explorer everything is fine, I am able to access the testing part of these websites.

But when I enable proxy usage in the banking program, the exception is not working.
I have to put this network into my "the" astaro default profile. This profile has everythin forbidden, but the exception is working.

    Hi ,

    You need to test the way your banking program works .
    Usually those programs use other ports then regularly http and https .
    You need to check your packet filter rules.
    Probably the answer is there.

    Banking works via hbci https port 443.

    But banking programm is not able to use sso Proxy anymore.

    Can you post relevant lines from the web proxy logs and packet filter ?

    I try to explain it once more:

    I am using Webproxy with 3 profiles an three networks. Each Networks has its own profile.
    The default profile WebProtection/WebFiltering is blocking everything and I have a dummy IP in the Network list.

    The Profiles are Active Directory SSO profiles. When I have a exception and using Firefox or Internet Explorer everything is fine.

    But when I use another software (my banking software) the incoming traffic is not going through Active Directory Profile. It is not shown in the logs, it is just blocked.

    I have to move the Network into the Network list in the default profile WebProtection/WebFiltering and the default profile must be standard profile without Authentication. After that the exception is working.

    This sounds like the same behavior for as long as I can remember.  So, the default profile is the fallback action in each Profile?

    Fallback Action, default filter profile? Thats a nice hint. I have to investigate a little bit more!
