content filter blocks http://www.msftncsi.com/ as Malicous Site (31.05.2013). This site is needed by windows to check internet conection. otherwise you will get the yellow triangle.

    Sven, I get "Page not found" behind 8.309 and on my iPhone on the cellular network.

    This appears to be a CNAME for a1961.g.akamai.net (96.17.203.72 & 96.17.203.75), so I don't see how you got that 31. IP, but it is not responding.
