ftp filtering on 9.x

In utm v9 the web filter proxy accepts ftp (and other)  connections....

is there any way to restrict ftp to a limited number of ftp servers or do I have to disable ftp in the web filter  proxy and use the built in frox ftp proxy instead?

    the ^ftp:// always block works fine.... but now I'm facing the next problem.
    It seems the ftp proxy doesn't accept users or groups as allowed networks... at least not if they are sso-users authenticated via active directory.
