Websites are opening truncated

Hi Team,

I was facing the issue with some website , which were opening truncated.Nothing was blocking them.

After making AV scanning on they are now opening perfect.

Can any one explain me that why after enabling the AV scanning that websites are now opening OK ??

Or is there any advantage of disabling the AV scanning

I've never heard of a situation where disabling AV caused a problem. Can you show a line from the Web Filtering log where there was a problem with AV off?

Hi bobsir,

Nothing was blocked by the ASG.

Even not getting the strange web filtering logs.

The other thing that was happening was that i was able to view the couple of thumbnail of the Google search.
