Application Control Bug?

Hi Guys,

Im playing around with Application Control and found some weird behavior.

I set up application control to block all risk 5 applications a few days ago. I dont use any of those for the moment I figured I might as wess forbid them.

Today, I wanted to download Handbrake, the Video Converter. However, The Firewall blocks the Downloadlink (windows version) claiming it is a Bitorrent application. I had to disable the Rule to continue.
HandBrake: Downloads

I Know Bittorrent, but a http download Link is far away from being a peer to peer application, or am I missing something?

    Need more info.
    Maybe pictures of what you configured and error you got.
    Application control logs can help too.
    By the way , what UTM version are you running ?

    Firrmware version: 9.100-16. (Newest)

    Looks like a layer 8 issue to me. ;-))

    The download was blocked because application sourceforge is also in the risk 5 Category. (The Link redirects to http://sourceforge.net.)

    I didnt get a live log entry for this (why?), but it says right in the "blocked content" page which application it is. I didnt see that at first. I got it confused with a Log message about bittorrent that came at the same time.

    PS: I allowed the *.exe file extension. That would be another reason to be blocked...
