i configured the Application Control for Yahoo Msg with a Rule for my clients but we have a problem, my yahoo msg application can be run and i can chat with msg but video and voice chat do not work? i did not see any in the application control's log?!!! i shared internet with Basic user Authentication method???

    In this case, you also should check the Web Filtering log, and apply what I call Rule #1 (enhanced):

    Whenever something seems strange, always check the Intrusion Prevention,
    Application Control and Firewall logs.


    Anything there?

    yes the firewall block the port of 5050 and i allowed the "SIP" Application in the application control then i checked the logs now my problem is resolved...
