web filter and web profiles question

Hello i am currently running Sophos UTM 9 at home and it does a wonderful job. however i am curious how to setup the web filtering and web profiles. 
currently i have static reservations for every device in my house so i can see thru the logs who is surfing where when etc.
i would like to see if its possible to group my 11 year old son's ipod, kindle, laptop so i can just block certain sites from his innocent eyes. i am using open dns but it blocks for everyone and if i don't want him looking at **** at all. also there are times when hes allowed online to study or look up something but i want to be able to block youtube .
i read thru the overview on the web profiles page and its extremely complicated to understand. i searched thru teh message boards here and the comments i have seen are a total block not a partial block for just certain people.

    First, create two Filter Actions for him corresponding to your two sets of requirements above.

    Next Make two Filter Assignments with 'Users/Groups' empty.  Assign one Filter Action to each, and, in the time-limited one, select the appropriate Time Event (create a new one in 'Definitions & Users' if needed).

    Finally, create a Web Filtering Profile.  In 'Allowed networks' put a Network group containing the IPs for his ipod, etc.  Select the two Filter Assignments above, being sure to position the time-limited one above the other.

    Did that work the way you had hoped?
