It seems that you use the proxy in profile mode
Filter Assignment must have  allow and deny options, and the "Default Filter Action" must be set to deny all

Yep but you have to setup a filter assignment for profile="REF_HttPro811 (LAN), example allow all and block social networking. Default Filter Action must block all

oh! damn it I've checked the box of default filter assignment in the Proxy Profile OK. the problem is resolved but now i have another problem I've set the Time in the Filter assignment for a group of client For Ex. allowed access to the internet from 11:00 to 13:00 but this user "m.mirmoosa" can open the page in the 09:00??

Like Olsi said, the log lines indicate that the default content filter action is the one selected.  I suspect that there is an issue with the Backend Group definitions.  Please show us the Edit of the Backend Group that m.mimoosa is in.  Please remember to post the log line. [;)]

OK, I think I see what might be an issue (but it doesn't appear to be)...

I lightened the following because it does not apply here - Hadi is using Standard with Agent auth (I plead guilty to seeing what I expected to see!).
One of the attractive things about using AD-SSO in the UTM is that, once configured, all of the future administration (adds, changes & deletes) occurs only in the AD - no work has to be duplicated in the UTM.  In the Filter Assignment, instead of having a local group containing the User object for m.mimosa, delete that group and use a 'Backend Group' authenticated by Active Directory.

From the document on-line, in section 3, undo any steps related related to syncing users.  Section 4 explains how to create the Backend Groups you will need, but you need to think about the following before you start designing your groups.

Another misunderstanding I might be seeing is very common among new admins.  Filter Actions and Assignments are not additive.  In the Profile, when a User matches a Fiter Assignent, the UTM applies the assigned Filter Action and is done with the access - nothing else is considered for that access.

Likewise, once the User's IP qualifies him for a specific Profile, no others are considered for the IP.

yes i know, the type of this user "m.mirmosa" is the Remote and sync with AD Server.
OK now i have a question! if a filter Assignment don't match with for one user (for Ex. the Access time For internet be from 11:00 to 12:00 and Whereas time is 09:00) and be exist the Proxy Profile for the same Network with Blank Filter Assignment, the UTM will matched the Blank Filter Assignment's Filter Action For this user "m.mirmosa" or not will checked the fallback action for this??? With the assumption that "m.mirmosa" is higher than in the Proxy Profile.

Yes, that's why the Filter Assignment for 11-to-12 must be above the general Filter Assignment that isn't time-limited - otherwise, the unlimited one would be used each time and the time-limited one would never be seen.  If there's not another Filter Assignment selected for which m.mirmosa qualifies, then the fallback action applies.

Looking back at your attachments in post #8, the correct Profile is selected, but not the correct Filter Assignement.  This means one of two things:

m.mirmosa qualifies for a Filter Assignment above the "m.mirmosa" Filter Assignment.

or

m.mirmosa doesn't qualify for the "m.mirmosa" Filter Assignment.

WHich do you think it is?
