I blocked an URL (For Ex. ???? ???? ??? ? ??? - ??????? ??? ? ?????) in the Filter Action For a Filter Assignment but for this site UTM Refers to the Default Filter Action and opens this site.

    Yes, that's why the Filter Assignment for 11-to-12 must be above the general Filter Assignment that isn't time-limited - otherwise, the unlimited one would be used each time and the time-limited one would never be seen.  If there's not another Filter Assignment selected for which m.mirmosa qualifies, then the fallback action applies.

    Looking back at your attachments in post #8, the correct Profile is selected, but not the correct Filter Assignement.  This means one of two things:
      m.mirmosa qualifies for a Filter Assignment above the "m.mirmosa" Filter Assignment.

    or
      m.mirmosa doesn't qualify for the "m.mirmosa" Filter Assignment.

    WHich do you think it is?
