Access Denied - Authentication Failed

Access Denied - Authentication Failed - I'm keep on getting this message randomly time to time. When I restart computer its working fine.

does anyone know what's the issue is ?

Hi,

1. You're getting it when surfing random sites?

2. are you using AD authentication with the http proxy?

3. Astaro/UTM version #?

1) Yes. we are getting when surfing random sites

2) Yes. We have AD with proxy

I am having the same problem. I have traced it in the user authentication log to a problem where the browser stops sending the user = asmith to sending user = 192.168.1.100 or some ip address. Not sure why this happens sometimes. It is truely random.

In 'LAN Settings' in the PC, configure the 'Proxy Server' - don't use 'Automatic'. Did that make a difference?

I am having the same issue but with a specific site.

its and ftp url to pull down a white paper from IBM.
I remove FTP from blocked services and i still get the same error.

I also have do not allow auto config un checked
