make sense the activation of "Scan HTTPS (SSL) Traffic" just for antivirus purpose?

I mean the HTTPS SSL connection should be only from trusted sources and so free from viruses right?

Than actual web browsers put big warnings when trying to accept a non trusted https connection.

And I suppose nothing change from the eventual intrusion/firewall matter.

    Users using their private Webmailaccount (is allowed by our company policy) that are mostly connected by https. Any malware in their inboxes has a fence more to jump over if you enable https scanning. We had such cases in the last month.
