URL blocking does not work

Hello,
I want to block telvi.de and have set this in the Web Filtering - URL Filtering - Additional Sites/URL to block

with http in front
telvi.de
stream.telvi.de
*telvi.de

but users can still get to the telvi site and stream data.
Can someone help me please?

check the live log for web-filtering to make sure the user is being correctly identified in the first place.

Are you forcing users to go through the proxy by setting the client machines to use proxy port 8080 and at the same time blocking HTTP/S traffic or are you using the transparent mode?
