Web surfing volume limitation

Dears,
Is there is away to limit web surfing by individual users in internal network to not exceed a certain limit xMB.

No, there isn't. I believe there's a feature request for this though: UTM (Formerly ASG) Feature Requests: Hot (1151 ideas)

This is possible with a Hotspot definition in V9, but that wouldn't work the way you need, I think.
