Block facebook.com except our page

Is there a way to block all facebook.com traffic except for our own page

We use transparent mode with "Scan HTTPS (SSL) Traffic" Off
The URL Filtering is set to 
"Allow content that does not match the criteria below."

I would like to block all of facebook.com and www.facebook.com

But allow just one site like
https://www.facebook.com/CPSTechnologySolutions

I know I can use "Additional URLs/sites to block" and "Always allow these URLs/sites" 
but what order do they get applied in?

What is the best way to do this and what about HTTP vs HTTPS traffic ?

    Hi, and welcome to the User BB.

    If you have a simple environment, that approach will work fine as the 'Always allow' list is consulted first.  If you're going to have multiple Web Filtering Profiles, it's easier to use an Exception if you want everyone to be able to reach it.
