CA and SSL certificate

iam facing problems with the certificates. how will i upload a CA or SSL certificate. I dont know how to explain the complexity of issues that am facing . but now all HTTPS & other wanted sites are getting blocked. is it possible to give exception for a single person to bypass a single site??

    Please show a line from the Web Filtering log with one of the blocks.  Is Web Filtrering in Transparent or Standard mode?  Is 'Scan SSL' selected?

    Always state the exact version - 9.004-34?
