Web Filter "Blocked" customized message

I have a Home User license and the Customization tab is disabled since I only have a Home License. However, Is it possible to change the just the Text part?
When my kids hit a blocked site, I want it to say "Daddy is Always Watching".
Is changing just the text part do-able somewhere?

    I think this is blocked too, since this is customization [;)]
    I can't remember if it could be done at all, but if it is, it is under "customize"(and blocked for home-users)

    seems to be under customization, and then the tab web filter(using home license here too, so i can't actually confirm)

    jep, another post(found Here, confirms it.. it's customizing, so can't be done by home users
