Application Control Doesnt work

I've Running Sophos appliance 425 with Firmware version:9.004-34
Pattern version:42096

I've been using Application Control for Some time on our older unit 425 with ASG 8.3 with no issues, i'm now on UTm 9.0 and it simply doesn't work at all.  i have one rule in place, used to Block Youtube in our network for selected subnets.  I was looking at the report today and notice youtube being on one of the blocked subnets. So i decided to block it for my self on my subnet I'm connected to, with no success.  i even tried blocking a few other sites for test and i'm getting the same result. Nothing is being blocked at all via the application control.

Any input would be great.

    Does the HTTPS proxy log show that the application is passing? I am curious because the HTTP proxy log will show the application control as well. Would check and post a little of what it is saying if possible. Hopefully maybe can give some more information about what might be happening.
