from which provider are the (dynamic) url-filter lists? Which Firm/Persons are creating them?

    Yes, and I was told that the McAfee Smartfilter XL is the one to use on TrustedSource. I try to add sites to categories when people get blocked, rather than keep adding to the exceptions list.
