Authentication in SSO and trasparent mode with authentication whit browser.

Hi all,
I have a question.
A customer have activated a web filtering profile authenticate with AD in SSO and work fine.
Together have,for the guest, in Fallback action default filter action the authentication mode browser in trasparent mode.
The problem is: if the administrator of the Astaro change the password of an user for the authentication via browser work fine  both the password,the new and the old .....
A other problem is that the pop up page with the logout option not appear.
Because ?

    Hi Luca,

    Unless you're using the Quarantine Report in Mail Security, the only reason to have local users synced from the backend in the ASG/UTM is for IPsec or SSL Remote Access.  Authentication is cached for 5 (maybe 15) minutes - could that be what is being observed?

    Logout option?  Did they add something?

    thank you for the answer ...
    The customer haven't never vpn or mail security.
    He have the authentication for the guest with ipad or notebook.
    I think that isn't a problem with the cache, the customer says that had chanced a password Friday an Monday had work both the password,the new and the old.
    THe logout option for disconnect the user when the ASG work in tranparent mode with authentication browser in my lab work, by the customer don't work.
    P.S.I have the version 8.307,in this moment I don't remember the ASG version by the customer.
