How do I block Webmailing Services ?

Hi to all !

I've been doing a bit of research on it but didn't find a solution.
Is there an option to generally block all webmailing services (e.g. gmx) ?

The idea is, to not prevent the users from vistiting the main site
but to block the use of any external mailing via web-interface.

    no..a web interface once established is going to be un blockable right now unless you can stop the web interface from being accessed at all..some sites have a dedicated url for webmail you can block that.
