Silverlight issues, still cant get to work with proxy

I posted back in august and got nothing, i have since found this site (see bottom of page)that can be used to test.  I can't get the top left box to work, This one uses silverlight, We use authenteicated proxy with SSO in our profile,  I dont see anything blocked in the logs.  I did get it to work if i put a pc in a profile that uses transparent,  So i have two requests

1)where would i put the exception to make the site go transparent even those the uses or in SSO

2)Is there a way to get silverlight apps in general to work with Astaro

    works fine for me..how is your http proxy configured..please go tab by tab and use detailed descriptions.

    also which browser?  the wmp windows doesn't work under chrome well without the wmp plugin..ie works fine here..ie9 w7 x64.

    global is transparent mode authenticate mode none
    advanced tab  checked bypass content scanning streaming
    nothing in skiplist    
    services i use in allowed target services
    enable caching only checked

    than under web profiles
    source networks has the vlans of the people using web
    filter assignment to block things like facebook
    fallback action is default filter aciton
    operating mode is Standard
    authentication is Active Dir SSO
    no check in scan https ssl

    it is the last three line you must be using authentication than silverlight won't work and i don't want to change this, i want to add that site to some exception list to bypass proxy but can't find the correct place.

    William are you using authentication can you test with that if you have time, thanks

    i am not using authentication i have my proxy in transparent mode.
