Single Sign On with OS X Profile Manager?

Hello,

Interested in the UTM product, but am unclear about SSO capabilities with OS X Server Profile Manager.

I am running all Apple hardware - desktops, laptops, mobile (iPhone, iPad) and would like to be able to monitor / filter web traffic; however, I want it to be transparent to users - i.e. their experience on the computer is not changed - no  logging in when they launch a browser, etc.

Is it possible to use my existing OS X Server with Profile Manager to have SSO with UTM so that when a user logs in on the computer they automatically are authenticated against UTM?

Thanks!

I attempted to get a single sign on working for a client, however they didn't want to setup Open Directory and nothing else worked. There is a feature request out there for an Authentication Agent for OSX.
