Web Content Slowness

- Do you find that your web browsing is now slower and sometime you see the "Catagerization Failure" even for Popular known sites such as ZDNET?

- No Changes is made on my end, I suspect that SANDY Storm may have taken down some Datacenters which host this content filtering database thus maybe some fail over to some other location which may be further away or more overloaded thus slower?
