HTTPS Question

Everything I have read implies that, in order to block certain HTTPS sites, you MUST enable the option to scan all SSL traffic and install the Astaro CA on each client machine. Is there a way to block access to a particular page without installing the certificate on each client machine? I work in a k12 institution and we'd like to block Facebook without having to touch each machine or push out the certificate through some other means. Thanks.
