flow monitor issue

dear all ,

i have 4 internet line eth1, eth2 ,eth4, eth5  and one internal eth0 .

QOS  enable only two internet lines (eth4 and eth5) and internal interface eth0

application control -- network visibility enabled but without any rule at application control rules.

my problem is i cannot see any internal ip address at internal interface eth0 which are generating traffic for last 5 sec in both  IN and OUT it shows only internal interface ip of astaro.

    Hi, sometimes in V8 depending on the appliance and your configuration the flow monitor can take a bit to populate data. Especially if you have a lot of internet connections going. Did you try leaving the flowmon open for a while, and when you do open it, are you clicking on "all interfaces" or only a certain one? It will be blank if you open the flow monitor on ETH4 when there is no traffic happening on that interface (this would depend on your balancing rule).

    For UTM 9.1, we'll add a selector dropdown to open the flow monitor in application visibility itself instead of relying on people to know that they should click an Interface, (and further what interface they need to click).
