FTP Exception

Hello all, new here and new to Astaro. I am trying to set up an exception to allow a user to access an FTP site through his browser. My predecessor had already given access, but the site changed to a different server. The user can still access the old server but needs to get to the new one. I can not find a rule or exception anywhere that I can change to point to the new server. Can anyone send me in the right direction?

    It sounds like you have the FTP Proxy set in Transparent or Both mode, and that you are using the HTTP Proxy in Transparent mode.  If that's right, then you probably just need to change the definition in the 'Skip transparent mode hosts/nets' ('Advanced' tab), replacing the old IP with the new one.

    If the user actually has a URL with an FQDN, you can use the FQDN to crerate a DNS Host (or DNS Group) definition using the FQDN.  Using that instead of a Host definiton with a fixed IP would eliminate the need to change the IP in the future.
