[9002] Proxy stop passing traffic..

I just re-installed my V9 (changed the HDD), restored my backup config which was working well for months.

Now after a couple of minutes of surfing, web pages stop loading and nothing show up in the proxy logs. 

Stopping/starting the web filtering dosen't resolve the issue.

The only log that show after a start are:

The only way I can browse is by either rebooting the UTM, or keeping the proxy off.

The proxy is in transparent mode...

Any idea?

    Try burning a new CD at 4x or slower, and then reinstalling.

    This is the same cd i used previously..  I wonder if it could be the hard drive..

    Will swap them back again tonight and put the raptor on tests.

    I've put the old disk back and everything is good...  Ran WD diagnostic on my raptor and show no issue.. I will try to do a re-installation on the raptor...

    Back on the raptor, everything is good now.

    One thing that might have caused this is the local content filter databases, when that download, no traffic goes through, maybe it was doing that and I was not giving it enough time.

    you have to give it time to download the database which is nearly 400 megs.  Depending on the speed of your connection that can take a while..then another bit of time for the indexing of the database which is hardware dependent.  I would allocate an hour as a rule of thumb for most standard configurations.
