kaspersky update problem

I have installed the UTM v9
Proxy is configured as transparent

when i want to make a update of Kasperksky 12 CBE it stucks at 15%

for testing i have disabled the proxy and made a any to any rule in the firewall
but it stuck at 15%

when i update it under v8 it works

If you disable the Web Proxy and with an allow all Firewall rule, there would one other main potential contender. Check the Intrusion Prevention log.
