How to allow Amazon video through Astaro V8

I have been trying to watch streaming video from Amazon and I am not seing anything.  This is a problem I am not sure how to fix.

    If you have caching turned on in the HTTP Proxy, you might try clearing the cache on the 'Advanced' tab.  While there, confirm that you have 'Bypass content scanning for streaming content' checked.

    Any luck?
