"Error processing archive" downloading zlib-1.2.5.tar.bz2

Hi,

if I try to download this file:
http://enterprise-storage-os.googlecode.com/files/zlib-1.2.5.tar.bz2
The Proxy says: "Error processing archive"

Running a ASG 8.305... any else seeing this?

  • Hi, Sven,

Do you have 'Block unscannable and encrypted files' selected on the 'Advanced' tab of 'Web Filtering'?  You may need an exception for that for googlecode.com.

    Was that it?

    Cheers - Bob

  • Nevermind.. the file is unscannable, I just had a profile set to allow it to pass through.  May be a problem with the Avira scanner (it's happened before), that, or the file is encrypted somehow.

  • Hi,
I disabled "Block unscannable and encrypted files" and the file is downloading now, But the the File is wether encrypted nor damaged...

  • Try it with the unscannable block back in, but set the proxy to use "single AV engine" and see what happens ... if it's blocked, note the default single scan engine as set in Management/System Settings/Scan Settings and try the other one... and report here which one worked / failed.

    I don't see this setting?
