some of my users asked me why some homepages are blocked. First I didn't realize what they wanted, because I did not block anything.
After they told me the URL I could check myself and I believe that these Astaro error messages are slightly confusing.
"The URL you have requested is BLOCKED by...."
This is the only thing users see. The "No Route to host" isn't recognized. And even if it would, it wouldn't be understood.
The same happened with the "Host Timeout" error sometimes.
I suggest to change the messages here.
