This is a mail I got from a user from inside our network:
Whenever I go to a website, I have to refresh for the website to display
correctly. The first time that a page loads, it seems like the page is
attempting to be rendered without stylesheets. I have to press the refresh
button in order for the page to display correctly. This behavior has been
seen at:
http://coursera.com
http://██████████
Twitter
...
and more that I have accessed this morning. I am sending a screen shot of
an improperly rendered page.
I attached the screenshots to this thread.
Another user I asked experiences this issue sometimes and not that often as described above.
Could someone provide any hint to solve this matter?
