All good questions --- I have generally just gone to trustedsource directly and entered that info... I find that by the next day the changes have been pushed down... it probably happens quicker, but I don't know because I generally don't check again until the next day.

Note that this may change at some point, given that Sophos has their own URL categorization DB, they may switch to that at some point now that they have acquired Astaro (it makes common sense). For now, though (in V7, V8, and V9 thus far) it appears they're keeping TrustedSource DB in action on the UTM.
