Windows Live Messenger (MSN) not working

Hello guys,

I am currently using Astaro 8.303 and something weird is happening.
I have an application Control rule which allows specific users to use Skype and MSN but for some unknown reason, only Skype is working.
I´ve granted control to these applications: MSN, MSNP, Hotmail and Windows Live.
I tried to create a Firewall rule too since application control isnt working but no success. What am I doing wrong?

    I forgot to tell, but I think it´s important. Application Control is working with Skype because we have no Firewall rules for it.
    And that is why this is so intriguing because the same App Control Rule is used for Skype and MSN, but only Skype works.
