Allow only one Youtube video to stream

I have 2 320 running version 8.305.  I'm using the Web Filtering in Standard mode.  I have a filter action setup for users that has the Media sharing and streaming Media as blocked.

I have an Exceptions as follows
Skipping Antivirus / Extension blocking / MIME type blocking / URL Filter / Content Removal
for web site
http//www.youtube.com/watch\?v=IPh-VnYhBmM&feature=youtu.be
I need the Authentication for the web reports.

I have the Bypass content scanning for streaming content checked

None of the users can get to this video.  It is the only video that we need from youtube at this time.

This is what the log file is showing:  ( I X'ed out the user name)

I dunno - maybe, after the first block, the others are alternate attempts to reach the same content. I think I'd try the first one
o-o\.preferred\.lax04s12\.v9\.lscache8\.c\.youtube\.com/crossdomain\.xml

and then see if there's still a block.

I needed the same thing, but for a channel. the principle is the same though. even if you can see the webpage, you still need the components it needs to load. i added these.

my example channel:
http://www.youtube.com/*

the required other sites.
http://.*.youtube.com/videoplayback
www.youtube.com/crossdomain
www.youtube.com/profile_ajax*
