Allow only one Youtube video to stream

I have 2 320 running version 8.305.  I'm using the Web Filtering in Standard mode.  I have a filter action setup for users that has the Media sharing and streaming Media as blocked.

I have an Exceptions as follows 
Skipping Antivirus / Extension blocking / MIME type blocking / URL Filter / Content Removal
for web site
http//www.youtube.com/watch\?v=IPh-VnYhBmM&feature=youtu.be
I need the Authentication for the web reports.

I have the Bypass content scanning for streaming content checked


None of the users can get to this video.  It is the only video that we need from youtube at this time.

This is what the log file is showing:  ( I X'ed out the user name)

    Bob,
    That got the user to the youtube page.  Now the video part says the "An error occured. Please try again later"

    I have pasted entries from the log and you can see that they can get to the page but then get blocked sites when they get there.  Do I need to unblock all those sites just to get this to work?
