Report User - Websecurity

Dear,
I am trying to extract websecurity report. However, I'm not able to extract report by user. When I export the report to MS Excel the column 'user' doesn't appear. Does anyone know a way to extract this kind of report?

Exactly what report type and filters are you selecting?

Different report types provide different details (and certain filters can only be used with specific report types because of this). When you are on the Web Usage Report Tab, click on the help button (blue button with question mark symbol) in the upper right of WebAdmin. On this page you will find a handy chart that tells you what information is available with each report type as well as which filters can be used.

First of all, I would like to thanks the answers.
So let's go, Follow the step by step that I'm doing to try to extract the report
(I'm using the ASG v8)
I created a department called branch1
I added users in the department that was created
After that, I selected the option "Export as CSV".But the report showed in summarized way, that is, not showing the access of users contained in the department. I wish that the report would appear as follows:
user1 - astaro.org
user2 - google.com

Is there any possibility to generate this report?
